GREEN BUILDING

Green Advantage Environmental Certification - Contractors can become certified green building practitioners by testing their knowledge of green construction concepts, technologies and techniques through this nationally recognized program. For more information on obtaining Green Advantage certification, contact Lisa Boyette.  Our chapter can offer your employees this training that will help your company qualify for a LEED Innovation Credit on your next green project.

Students successfully completing Your Role in the Green Environment through an NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor will earn industry-recognized credentials through the NCCER National Registry.  ABC Florida Gulf Coast is an Accredited Training Sponsor for the course.

NCCER has been recognized as a U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Education Provider. NCCER abides by USGBC-established operational and educational criteria and is subject to annual reviews and audits for quality assurance.

The curriculum is also endorsed by Green Advantage® and recognized as beneficial to students and practitioners planning to sit for the Green Advantage Commercial/Residential certification exam.
