WASHINGTON, D.C. – Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) today announced that ABC Florida Gulf Coast received the national Excellence in Association Management accreditation. To earn this recognition a chapter must have demonstrated an outstanding track record in the areas of chapter management, financial management, leadership development, membership recruitment and retention and excellence in providing programs and services to ABC members.

The Excellence in Association Management accreditation program involves an exhaustive analysis of a chapter’s structure, finances, programs, services and future plans. It is designed to help ensure best business practices and professional continuity among ABC chapters nationwide. This top-to-bottom review provides ABC chapters with a benchmark by which they can evaluate their development and define areas for continuous improvement.
